Data Deletion Policy
How to request removal of your business information from CodeCX Lead Engine.
CodeCX Lead Engine collects publicly available business information, including from public Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts, to help companies find business customers. You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you or your business at any time.
1. How to request deletion
Email info@codecx.tech with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:
- your business name, and/or
- the link to your Facebook Page, your Instagram username, your website domain, or the email address or phone number you want removed.
If you are asking on behalf of a business, please send the request from an email address on the business's domain or explain your connection to the business, so we can verify it.
2. What we delete
We delete the matching records from the CodeCX Lead Engine database, including from every customer workspace in which they appear, together with any related notes, scores and enrichment data. Where a request concerns data received through Meta (Facebook or Instagram), we delete all data obtained from Meta about that Page or account.
3. Timeline and confirmation
We confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We then confirm by email that it is done. We record the request so that the business is not added again in future.
4. Your rights
These instructions apply in addition to your rights under the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, as described in our Privacy Policy.
