Billing Information
Order Summary
These Terms of Service govern purchases, subscriptions and use of CodeCX products and services through this website.
1. Supplier and order information
Before payment, checkout shows the selected product/service, key characteristics, EGP price, applicable taxes/fees, billing period, delivery/activation method and CodeCX contact details. The customer receives an order or invoice record containing the material transaction details.
2. Order acceptance
An order is accepted when CodeCX confirms it or activates the relevant service, subject to payment verification and any product-specific eligibility or implementation requirements.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for authorized account use and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, infringe third-party rights, or use the service unlawfully.
4. Fees and payment
Displayed prices are in EGP unless clearly stated otherwise. Taxes and additional charges, where legally applicable, are disclosed before final confirmation.
5. Service scope
Subscription features are those shown in the order/product description. Custom work is governed by the relevant quotation, statement of work or signed agreement.
6. Cancellation, refunds and delivery
The Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules and the jurisdiction applicable to the final transaction or signed agreement.
This Privacy Policy explains how CodeCX collects and processes personal data submitted through the website, product enquiry and checkout flows.
1. Data we may collect
Name, company information, email, phone number, order/product information, support communications, technical logs and transaction references. Payment-card data should be handled by the approved payment provider rather than stored directly by CodeCX unless expressly required and secured.
2. Purposes
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare or fulfil orders, provision services, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal/accounting obligations, and send marketing communications where permitted.
3. Egyptian data-protection framework
Electronic personal data processing is subject to applicable Egyptian data-protection requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations. Processing is handled according to the applicable lawful basis, transparency, purpose limitation, security and data-subject-rights requirements.
4. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may exercise rights relating to access, correction, deletion/erasure, objection or withdrawal of consent where consent is the relevant basis, and other rights provided by Egyptian law.
5. Sharing and international transfers
Data may be shared with necessary processors such as hosting, communications, analytics or payment providers under appropriate safeguards. Cross-border transfers are handled according to applicable Egyptian requirements.
6. Retention and security
Data is retained only for the period required for the stated purpose, contractual/legal obligations and legitimate record keeping, with technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk.

Mandatory rights under applicable Egyptian law prevail where they cannot legally be waived.
This policy explains cancellation and refund treatment for CodeCX SaaS subscriptions and bespoke/custom professional services. Mandatory rights under applicable Egyptian law always prevail.
1. SaaS subscriptions
Cancellation. A customer may cancel a recurring SaaS subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless the service is suspended for a permitted reason.
Current billing period. Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started and for which service access has been activated are generally non-refundable, except where:
- the customer was charged twice or charged an incorrect amount;
- CodeCX did not provide or activate the purchased service;
- the service has a material defect or material non-conformity that CodeCX cannot remedy within a reasonable correction period; or
- a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Renewals. Renewal charges may be stopped by cancelling before the renewal date. Requests received after a renewal has been processed are assessed under the conditions above and any mandatory legal rights.
2. Bespoke / Custom Solutions
Bespoke services are priced and delivered against an approved quotation, proposal, statement of work or milestone schedule.
Before work starts. If the customer cancels before CodeCX has started the agreed work, prepaid amounts may be refunded after deduction of clearly identified, non-recoverable third-party costs already committed for that project.
After work starts. Amounts relating to discovery, design, development, implementation or other work already performed are not refundable. Any unused prepaid amount allocated to future, unperformed phases may be refundable after reconciliation of completed work and committed project costs.
Milestones. An accepted or completed milestone is not refundable merely because the customer later changes direction or no longer needs the solution. If a milestone does not materially meet the agreed acceptance criteria, CodeCX first has a reasonable opportunity to correct or re-perform the affected work.
CodeCX non-performance. If CodeCX materially fails to deliver an agreed milestone and does not remedy the failure within the agreed or reasonable cure period, the customer may be entitled to a refund of amounts specifically paid for the undelivered portion, subject to the contract and applicable law.
Scope changes. Change requests, customer delays, unavailable customer dependencies, third-party platform issues and work outside the approved scope do not create an automatic refund right and are handled under the applicable quotation/SOW/change-control process.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible. The customer must provide the order, invoice or subscription reference and sufficient information to identify the payment. Processing time depends on the payment provider and banking channel.
4. Consumer-law rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory right that applies under Egyptian consumer-protection law. Where a mandatory legal remedy applies, that remedy takes priority over the commercial rules above.
5. Requests
Send cancellation or refund requests to info@codecx.tech and include the customer name, company, order/invoice reference, product or project name, and reason for the request.
CodeCX primarily offers software, SaaS and professional services. These are normally delivered electronically rather than physically shipped.
1. Digital delivery
Where a product is delivered digitally, access or activation details are sent to the customer through the confirmed email/account after the order and payment requirements are satisfied.
2. Delivery timing
The expected activation or implementation timing is displayed on the relevant product/checkout page or confirmed in the quotation/order confirmation before the customer is bound.
3. Custom implementation
For custom solutions, delivery milestones, acceptance criteria and implementation dates are governed by the approved proposal or statement of work.
4. Physical shipping
If CodeCX sells a physical item, checkout discloses the delivery method, estimated delivery date, shipping/handling cost and applicable return terms before order confirmation.
5. Delivery problems
If access credentials, activation or an agreed delivery are delayed or not received, contact info@codecx.tech. CodeCX will investigate and provide the remedy required by the contract and applicable Egyptian consumer law.
